Diamond Rewards Conference 2012
February 9th 2012 marked a milestone for V-ZUG Switzerland’s enthusiastic, young team in Australia.
The V-ZUG Diamond Rewards Conference was an industry first, no less, and was strongly applauded by the dealer network. Moreover, it has successfully raised the brand awareness of our company to a whole new level.
The event was conceived as an innovative way to build a strong V-ZUG community with its dealers.
The dealers, it can be said, accepted the invitation to join the V-ZUG family enthusiastically. V-ZUG is the only brand to work so closely together with dealers and is acknowledged by many of them to have created the feeling of being a true partner in their business.
Following on in the tradition of its parent company, V-ZUG Australia, with its core values of tradition, innovation, exclusivity, sustainability, longevity and a belief in the future and in the V-ZUG family, has set a new yardstick for domestic appliance companies.
The Diamond Rewards Conference served to show that despite being relatively new to the Australian market our brand awareness is growing rapidly, and, what's more, we are reaping praise for both our quality and our conduct in the market.
It was also used to pre-launch the world-exclusive SteamFinish: the V-ZUG Adora is the first dishwasher ever to use pure steam to clean glasses, cutlery and crockery. Furthermore, a presentation of innovative new products and marketing programs that are to be introduced in 2012 demonstrated V-ZUG's sustainability.
Service and support are key to the longevity of this business: the forum was used to illustrate our commitment here and to showcase key support developments that meanwhile have been established.
Mark Swan, the Managing Director of V-ZUG Australia, presented advertising plans for both the local and national level and raised awareness of and support for key national marketing initiatives, brand awareness campaigns and events.
Our dealers are part of the V-ZUG Australia family and as such we intend to nurture them so that they grow along with us, as part of our family – and not just as business partners.
The Diamond Rewards Conference was hailed a great success by all those who attended. It has proved to be a big motivator for our staff and dealer network and, moreover, will support our campaign to become the most aspired-to brand in the Australian market.
