Ingredients

ripe avocado 1
skim milk 500 ml
brown sugar 2 tsp
ice cubes 6
nutmeg 1 small pinch

Preparation

  1. Cut avocado half and remove seed.
  2. Using a spoon scoop avocado “flesh” into blender.
  3. Put all other ingredients in blender.
  4. Mix until smooth consistency.
  5. You might like to add more milk to get the right consistency, as result can vary, depending on size of avocado.
  6. The refreshing and healthy drink for inbetween
