Steaming

Steam uses the whole oven space be it one item or multiple. The times below are specific to our V-ZUG appliances and are based on a cold start.  They are a guide only and vary depending on personal preferences.

Regenerate

If your item is previously cooked you can reheat your item giving you fantastic results.  Reheating using steam makes your meal stay hot longer and eliminates the cold spots associated with microwave technology.  It is important to adjust your times according to the size of the item you are regenerating.
