We back our products with a two-year warranty form the date of delivery or first use on every ZUG appliance. Damaged parts are repaired or replaced free of charge. Our warranty covers the cost of work and travel time in Australia together with replacement materials (full warranty). The warranty may not be utilized for normal wear and tear or damage caused by external influences, unavoidable accident or third party intervention. The non-use or sparing use of the appliance does not justify a claim to warranty extension.
V-ZUG will register the appliances for you upon purchase. This gives you the following advantages:
