Additional information

EFZ/EBA
EFZ refers to basic training with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence and is suitable for young people who have completed a basic level of education up to the middle or upper stage of secondary school (Volksschule). EBA refers to basic training with a Swiss Federal Vocational Certificate, and is suitable for young people who have an aptitude for practical skills and have completed a basic level of education at the lower stage of secondary school (Volksschule).

Vocational school (Berufsmaturitätsschule)

Vocational schools provide advanced general training and education; on completion, they allow you to progress to a University of Applied Sciences without having to sit an examination. We will support you in your decision to attend a vocational school if you wish to gain additional achievements during your apprenticeship and in your education.

Technical apprenticeships for women

We welcome women in all our apprenticeship positions. Every year, several women choose to pursue a technical apprenticeship with us and are delighted with their decision to do so.

The next stage of employment after an apprenticeship

If you perform well during your apprenticeship period, we will be happy to offer you a position on completion. We will also provide you with support during further training.
