Working closely with four of the most famous chefs in Switzerland - Tanja Grandits (Basel), Andreas Caminada (Fürstenau), Philippe Rochat (Crissier) and Stefan Meier (Zug) - V-ZUG has devised recipes and tips to help you create fabulous dishes in your own kitchen. The focus is on the new-generation Combi-Steam, which allows the steam temperature to be set accurately to the degree between 30 and 100°C. Coupled with a sophisticated system of sensors, this accuracy provides the ideal conditions for perfect cooking results.
