We would ask you to have the following information to hand when reporting a fault:
- Model designation/type
- Serial number (FN No.)
- Purchase date
- Any service agreement number
Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm
Saturday from 9.00am to 1.00pm
You can of course also report the fault to us by email. We make every effort to call you as soon as possible in order to agree an appointment.
