The new professional pizza feature, available for all Combair V6000 ovens with pyrolytic self-cleaning from autumn 2025, enables you to make pizzas as though you are in a Neapolitan pizzeria. An unusually high operating temperature of 350°C, much higher than the temperatures achieved by conventional built-in ovens, and a special baking process join forces with the pizza set to produce unrivalled pizzas with crispy bases and soft, airy crusts. The pizza baking time is also reduced from twelve to just four minutes. The professional pizza feature can be installed free of charge on Combair V6000 ovens with pyrolytic self-cleaning produced from 9 January 2025 (and before autumn 2025) by means of a software update.
