The new professional pizza feature, which will be available for all Combair V6000 ovens with pyrolytic self-cleaning from autumn 2025, enables you to make pizzas like they do in a Neapolitan pizzeria. An unusually high operating temperature of 350°C, which is much higher than the temperatures achieved by conventional built-in ovens, and a special baking process combine with the pizza set to produce unrivalled pizzas with crispy bases and soft, airy crusts. The baking time for pizzas is also reduced from twelve to just four minutes. The professional pizza feature can be installed free of charge on Combair V6000 ovens with pyrolytic self-cleaning produced from 9 January 2025 (and before autumn 2025) by means of a software update.
