Upgrade options for existing Combair V6000P owners

Combair V6000P units already sold can be upgraded with the new professional pizza function using one of two available retrofit options

  • For Combair V6000P ovens produced between 9 January 2025 and 1 September 2025

    Free software upgrade via the V-ZUG app

    For all Combair V6000P* ovens produced between 9 January 2025 and 1 September 2025, the professional pizza function is available via the V-ZUG app. Customers with connected devices are notified automatically via push message. No cost. No extra effort.

  • For Combair V6000P ovens produced between 2021 and 8 January 2025

    Paid upgrade via a V-ZUG service technician

    For Combair V6000P ovens produced between 2021 and 8 January 2025, the professional pizza function can only be activated by a V-ZUG service technician at the customer’s home. The upgrade itself is free of charge. However, a fee applies for the technician’s visit.

*All Combair V6000P ovens produced from 1 September 2025 already come with the professional pizza function pre-installed.
