Energy efficiency

V-ZUG relies upon LED illumination with warm light (300 Kelvin) for uncompromising lighting of the cooking area. Compared with conventional halogen bulbs, LED is more energy-efficient and extremely durable, providing for high light quality. Since the appliance is purely a forced convection hood and does not remove warm ambient air from the building, it is also the best solution in terms of heating energy. This makes it possible to save heating costs in winter as well.
 

Operation

The cooking vapours are trapped on the underside of the hood and flow through the high-quality metal grease filters while the grease particles in the vapours are captured in them. The metal grease filters are quick and easy to remove and clean in a dishwasher.
