Induction generates heat directly in the cookware. This focused approach accelerates cooking whilst maintaining precise control and minimising energy consumption.

The cooktop remains relatively cool around the activated cooking zone since heat is generated within the pot or pan rather than the glass of the hob. This prevents spilled food from burning onto the surface, making cleanup effortless. A quick wipe after use often suffices.

Heat is only produced when cookware comes into contact with the cooking zone, making the technology inherently safe and efficient. Rapid cooling after cooking reduces burn risks, whilst focused energy transfer minimises resource consumption.

Helpful functions simplify daily cooking. Keep warm mode holds dishes at serving temperature, and PowerPlus mode provides controlled extra high hob power.

A hob designed to live up to the highest standards of culinary creativity. Available in Black, Platinum or Pearl and in both 70 cm and 90 cm widths.

CookTop V2000 – your entry to V-ZUG induction

The new CookTop V2000 impresses with intuitive design, ample power and a choice between single slider control or knobs. An ideal introduction to induction cooking.

The glossy BlackDesign glass is now complemented by a BlackDesignMatte alternative, available for 60 and 80 cm wide models. The revised single slider control features white LEDs that only illuminate during use. When idle, just the discreet power symbol remains visible, leaving a calm black surface.

For those preferring tactile dials or requiring barrier-free control due to visual impairments, the new CookTop V2000 can be operated via control knobs. The VisionAssist function generates acoustic Morse code during power level adjustment for clear auditory feedback.

Available in widths from 30 to 80 cm, the cooktops adapt to every installation scenario. Depending on the model, they combine MaxiFlex zones with fixed zones, delivering focused power alongside adaptable surface flexibility.
