Lentil and vegetable mixture

200 g Puy lentils
2 dl water
200 g carrots, cut into fine strips
1 sweet pepper, red, peeled, cut into fine strips
1 sweet pepper, yellow, peeled, cut into fine strips
200 g leek, cut into fine strips

Sauce

6 tbsp honey
4 tbsp vinegar
1 lemon, juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sambal oelek
2 tsp ginger, grated
25 g raisins
1½ tsp salt
Put the lentils and water in the porcelain dish. Place the dish on the wire shelf in the cold cooking space. Steam the lentils. After 25 minutes, add the vegetables and continue to steam.
For the sauce, warm up all the ingredients and mix with the lentil and vegetable mixture.
