Apple and cinnamon crisp

Ingredients

800 g apples
½ dl water

Topping

80 g brown sugar
50 g flour
60 g oatmeal
¾ tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp nutmeg
70 g butter

Preparation

Peel, core and cube the apples. Lightly butter the porcelain dish. Put the apple cubes and the water into the dish and spread evenly.
Mix the sugar, flour, oatmeal and spices together. Using a pastry blender or two knifes, work the butter in until the mixture resembles crumbles. Sprinkle the crumbles over the apple cubes.
Put the dish into the preheated cooking space and bake until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown (1 –3 step).

Cooking Instructions

(Pre-)heat cooking space to 170°C with Hot air humid
Put the food in
Hot air humid 170°C for 35 Mins

Tips

May be served with vanilla ice cream or another flavour of your choice.
