Bread 'n' butter pudding

Ingredients

6 eggs
200 g sugar
2½ dl milk
5 dl cream
2½ dl double cream
1 vanilla pod, scraped
1 baguette, about 260–350 g

Preparation

Blend the eggs, sugar, milk, cream, double cream and vanilla seeds into a homogeneous mixture using a blender.
Cut the baguette diagonally into about 24 thin slices and arrange in overlapping rows in the buttered porcelain dish.
Carefully pour the mixture over the arranged slices of baguette. Allow to stand for at least 30 minutes until the bread has soaked up the mixture and is soft.
Put the dish on the wire shelf in the preheated cooking space. Bake (1 step).
Serve lukewarm.

(Pre-)heat cooking space to 180°C with Hot air humid
