600 g mealy potatoes
50 g butter
some grated zest and juice
Peel the potatoes and cut into about 3 cm chunks, then put in the perforated plastic cooking tray. Place the plastic cooking tray on the hardened glass dish in the middle shelf position of the cooking space. Cook at 100 °C for 17 minutes using the PowerSteam mode.
Mash the potatoes and butter together in a bowl. Season with salt and some of the zest and juice from the lime.

To lend the mashed potato a nutty flavour, lightly brown the butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat.
