Steaming Success at Samuel Neal Christmas Event

Last week’s latest ‘Christmas lunch with V-ZUG’ event at Samuel Neal Kitchens was a steaming success for the Grimsby based kitchen specialist.
Visitors were treated to a demonstration of the effectiveness in combining steam and conventional cooking methodology for this important meal by James Smith, head of V-ZUG UK Gourmet Academy. V-ZUG set out to prove using their world leading domestic appliances that with the power of pressure-less steam and hot air coupled with precision control, Christmas lunch could be prepared, cooked and served with perfect results in a fraction of the time taken using conventional methods.
Over a 2 hour demonstration period, visitors were introduced to the leading Swiss brand and taken through the various stages in preparing, cooking and serving a meal which can be a source of great stress for many during the festive period. From succulent turkey, stuffing and pigs in blankets to perfect vegetables and even pudding, each mouthful was met with universal approval.
