First ever V-ZUG UK Introduction to Sous Vide Course will take place on 9 September

The V-ZUG UK Gourmet Academy will host its first Introduction to Sous Vide course at Zugorama UK on the 9 September 2013.

The course will be led by consultant chef James Graham, who is currently heading up the re-invention of Bibury Manor, and who is one of the UK’s leading experts in low temperature and Sous Vide cooking.

James will demonstrate the power and control that is possible with the V-ZUG Combi-Steam XSL, showcasing a wide variety of methods for producing stunning food that is simply not possible in any other built in oven.
