Preparation

2 rolls of puff pastry
2 tbsp olive oil
Oregano, leaves pulled off
Thyme, leaves pulled off
30 g grated Parmesan
Cover the tray with baking parchment and lay the puff pastry on to it. Brush with a little water, then lay the second sheet of pastry on top and press down lightly. Brush with olive oil. Put the herbs and Parmesan onto the pastry and spread them out evenly. Use a pastry cutter to cut the puff pastry into strips or triangles. Place on 2 trays
Start the recipe. Appliance preheats. Put the original baking trays into the preheated cooking space at levels 1 and 3. Press OK to continue. Hot air 200 °C, 10 minutes.
