Pasta gratin

300 - 350 g uncooked pasta (shells or elbow macaroni)
2 onions, cut into rings
250 g mushrooms, sliced
100 g air-dried ham, in strips
1 bunch of flat leaf parsley, leaves pulled off from stalks and chopped
Put the pasta, onions, mushrooms, air-dried ham and parsley into the greased porcelain dish and mix together.

Sauce

4½ dl vegetable bouillon
2½ dl single cream
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
For the sauce, stir the vegetable bouillon and single cream together and season. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
Start the recipe. Appliance preheats. Put the porcelain dish on to the wire shelf at level 2 of the preheated cooking space. Press OK to continue. Hot air humid 200 °C, 30 minutes.

    J'ai reçu mon combair steam S hier. J'ai essayé cette recette sans trop de conviction car on met les pâtes crus. Bluffée! les pâtes sont al dente et certaines sur le dessus sont grillées et craquantes. J'ai rajouté 5 mn de cuisson supplémentaires mais pas vraiment nécessaire.
