Preparation

200 g white flour
½ tsp salt
¼ yeast cube (about 10 g), crumbled
Combine the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.
1¼ ml water
1 tbsp olive oil
Add the water and olive oil and knead into a soft, smooth dough.
Cover the dough and leave to prove at room temperature for about 1 hour until double in volume.
120 g crème fraîche
Cut the dough into four and, on a lightly floured surface, roll each piece out into a very thin oval. Place two oval dough bases on each of the prepared baking trays. Brush with the crème fraîche, leaving a border free all around the edge.
3 bunching onions with the green stems, cut into fine rings
60 g bacon, without cartilage, cut into about 1 cm wide strips
2 tbsp grated Sbrinz
A little salt
A little freshly milled black pepper
Spread over the bunching onion and bacon, sprinkle over the Sbrinz and season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Start the «Tarte flambée» recipe by press the OK adjusting knob. The appliance heats up.
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 250°C with Hot air
After 15 minutes, «Introduce food» appears in the plain text display. Put the baking trays at levels 1 and 4. Backe.

Hot air 250°C for 7 Mins

Tips

Instead of making your own dough use 260 g of ready-made pizza dough.
