4 Hash browns
4 Sausages
2 Tomatoes, diced
12 Mushrooms, large, sliced
4 Rashers of rindless bacon
1 Basil, chopped
1 Baked beans, tinned (400 g) or freshly made (optional)
4 Eggs
100 g Feta cheese
4 Slices of pide bread
1 Dash of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Place baking paper on original baking tray, lay out hash browns and sausages on it, and place in preheated oven on level 3, set cooking time for 20 minutes.
Set timer as a reminder to insert second tray for 10 minutes.
Marinate mushrooms with olive oil and basil, season with salt and pepper, and repeat with tomatoes.
Line silver tray with baking paper, add tomatoes, mushrooms and bacon.
Place above tray in oven on level 1 after 10 minutes. Set timer for 4 minutes as a prompt to put in last tray.
Pour baked beans into ramekins, crack an egg each on top of beans, add a couple of slices of feta.
Line grill rack with baking paper, place Turkish bread, drizzled with olive oil, and set ramequins on it. Place in cooking space on level 2.
After 20 minutes total cooking time, place all items on plate and garnish with greens.

Cooking steps

Put first lot of food on level 3.
Put second lot of food on level 1 for 10 minutes.
Put last lot of food on level 2.
(Pre-)heat cooking space to 230°C with Hot air + steaming
Hot air + steaming 230°C for 20 Mins
