Crispy Prawn Club Sandwich

4 Large prawns
2 tbsp Flour
40 g Cornflakes
40 g Bread crumbs
2 Eggs for crumbing
½ Avocado, sliced
1 Tomato, sliced
2 Rashers of bacon
4 tbsp Mango aioli, 1:1 aioli and mango chutney
80 g Coleslaw
4 Coral lettuce leaves
2 Hard boiled eggs, scliced
200 g Crisps
6 Slices of toast
Wooden skewers
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Crumb prawns with crumbs and cornflakes mix.
Line trays with baking paper (black for crisps, stainless steel tray for prawns and bacon).
Put the crisps into the preheated cooking space. Bake (step 3).
Put the stainless steel tray with prawns and bacon into the cooking space. Bake (step 5).
Put toast on the wire shelf and place into the cooking space. Bake (step 7).
Assemble sandwich in the following order: toast, lettuce, coleslaw, prawns, toast, aioli, avocado, bacon, tomato, egg.
Skewer sandwich in 4 places and cut.
Arrange crisps in middle.

(Pre-)heat cooking space to 230°C with Hot air + steaming
Put the food in
Hot air + steaming 230°C for 10 Mins
