Spicy Ginger Prawns

Marinade

3 tbsp Red curry paste
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 Piece of ginger (walnut-sized), grated
3 Cloves of garlic, grated
Salt and pepper

Prawn cutlets

500 g Prawn cutlets

Garnish

½ Bunch of coriander
1 Lime, cut into wedges

Preparation

Combine all marinade ingredients.
Coat prawns with marinade.
Line the baking tray with baking paper, place prawns on it, keeping them separate for more even cooking.
Put the tray into the preheated cooking space. Bake (step 3).

Cooking steps

(Pre-)heat cooking space to 230°C with Hot air + steaming
Put the food in
Hot air + steaming 230°C for 5 Mins
