375 ml water
¼ tsp salt
Rice
Put the rice into an ovenproof dish along with the water and salt, place it on a wire shelf in the cold cooking space and cook at 100 °C for about 35 minutes using the steam mode.
Steaming 100 °C for 35 Mins
Tips
Flavour the rice with bay leaves, lemon peel or herbs.
