Invoicing options for V-ZUG customers

Are you familiar with the various invoicing options that V-ZUG offers?

V-ZUG offers you a wide range of options for receiving your V-ZUG invoices conveniently and efficiently. We understand that our customers have their own requirements and preferences and want to ensure that they are able to choose a method that suits them.

E-mail – invoice as a PDF directly to your e-mail address

You will receive invoices without delay straight to your e-mail inbox. E-invoices are a fast, efficient and environmentally-friendly way of sending invoices. Would you like to receive your invoices by e-mail in future? To ensure we set up the activation correctly at our end, please send the following details to [email protected] with the subject line "Paperless invoicing":

  • Customer number
  • Company name
  • Company address
  • E-mail address for receiving invoices as PDF files
  • Contact person: Name, telephone number, e-mail address (if different from the e-mail address entered above)

As soon as we have received your details, we will initiate the switch to sending invoices by e-mail. Once this is complete, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. From this point onwards, all invoices will be sent to you by e-mail.

eBill – the digital invoice for Switzerland

eBill is a digital, simple and environmentally-friendly way to pay your invoices. You will no longer receive your invoices by post or e-mail – instead, they are now sent directly to your online banking portal, where you can pay them instantly. Check and pay your invoices with just a few clicks, and keep track of your payments at all times. You can register for eBill directly in your bank's online portal.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Are you a V-ZUG partner with a large number of orders and invoices? EDI enables you to send orders, order confirmations and invoices between your company and V-ZUG quickly and easily.

This fully automatic data transfer replaces all printed documentation. The data are converted into a standard format and transmitted via your preferred transfer protocol.

Paper invoicing

Paper invoicing also remains an option. However, we recommend using the digital methods. By using a fully digital invoicing process, we can reduce paper consumption and help to protect the environment.

Sustainability forms the basis of our business principles and serves as a guideline for all of our activities. To reduce unnecessary printing and paper consumption, we will charge a fee of CHF 2 for paper invoices as of 1 October 2023.
