Whatever our customers imagine, whatever they want to create and perfect, they can rely on V-ZUG at home – for a whole 10 years.

10-year warranty Every new V-ZUG product comes with a two-year statutory warranty from the date of purchase and an eight-year extended commercial warranty.

What is covered? The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Such defects will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period. This includes labor and travel costs as well as the cost of replacement materials. At its own discretion, V-ZUG may either repair the product, replace it with an equivalent product, or, in exceptional cases, issue a partial refund of the purchase price. All other claims are excluded.

Where is the warranty valid? The warranty is only valid in the country in which the V-ZUG product was purchased from an authorized V-ZUG partner and marketed by V-ZUG, and in which either V-ZUG itself or an authorized V-ZUG service provider offers services. If appliances are shipped to other countries, the technical conditions (e.g., mains voltage, frequency) or the climatic and environmental conditions of the country in question may cause problems. We therefore reserve the right to refuse the warranty for appliances that are not certified for the country in question.

What is not covered?  The warranty does not cover damage caused by transport, handling, storage, or installation of the appliance contrary to the specifications, improper use, inadequate care (e.g., scratches on aesthetic parts such as door glass, hob glass, and enameled parts), external influences, consequential damage and indirect damage resulting from appliance malfunction, force majeure, and reasons beyond V-ZUG's control.The warranty obligation shall lapse if work is carried out by a service provider not authorized by V-ZUG and if spare parts other than original V-ZUG spare parts are used.In addition, the following restrictions apply during the extended commercial warranty period:

• Replacement of wear parts such as light bulbs, filters, door seals, fuses, or similar items.

• Replacement of aesthetic parts such as door glass, hob glass, enameled parts, or similar due to natural color changes caused by use.

• Replacement of accessories such as baking trays, wire racks, food probes, or similar items.

This warranty does not affect any contractual or statutory claims against the product seller.
