By contrast, autarkic radiant hobs (formerly Toptronic) and induction hobs feature controls situated directly on the glass surface. The space saved in this way can be used by fitting an additional 1/6th drawer. Cooking by forced induction is the nec plus ultra for the chef's home kitchen. The CombiCookTop range (formerly Fusion) includes induction hobs that have an extractor  embedded in the hob.

Fish pans can be used without difficulty on any cooking hob featuring a frying zone.

Hobs that are fitted flush with the worktop achieve perfect aesthetic integration and create the impression of compact simplicity. Hobs with a set-off glass frame (bevel-edged) have a very elegant appearance, while chromium steel frames and over-large frames (for replacements) convince by their simplicity of installation and their classic design, they fit in a wide variety of kitchen combinations.

Our new CombiCooler generation offers an innovative ClickShelf rack system, which allows you to adjust the height of your racks easily with one hand and make full use of the width at the front when storing your food.

Dynamic circulation cooling ensures an even distribution and circulation of cool air in a large cooling space. This means more flexibility in placing food in the cooling space, as well as shorter cooling times.

With appliances featuring separate temperature control, the holiday function can be used to switch off the fridge compartment while the freezer remains in operation. This is recommended to increase energy efficiency when you're away for longer periods of time.

The IDI is a convenient way of dispensing ice cubes, ice chips and ice water. The sensor-controlled ice cube maker automatically provides the correct amount. The IDI is integrated into the fridge door instead of the freezer, which means you gain 20% of freezer space.

The refrigerators can be supplied with White or Nero fronts. It is also possible to attach your own fronting in order to integrate the refrigerator into your kitchen.

Yes. Powder detergent, tabs, Javelle water or comparable bleaches may not be filled in the containers.

The following liquid detergents may be added to each dispenser: Universal detergent, colour detergent, fine detergent, softener, wool detergent, baby detergent, detergent for black clothes, detergent for white clothes, outdoor detergent. The dispensers can be flexibly filled according to personal requirements. Both dispensers with detergent, both dispensers with softener, one dispenser of detergent and one dispenser of softener, only one dispenser used with detergent or softener. The dispensers are also easily emptied if necessary and filled with another agent.

Apart from the quality of the coffee beans and the blend, the right grinding technique is crucial. The more evenly the coffee is ground and dosed, the better the result. The highly innovative new ceramic grinder of the Supremo SL meets these requirements and is extremely durable. And it has another great benefit: it is very quiet.

This is the most high-tech solution of all the cleaning aids. The specially developed enamel coating makes cleaning the cooking chamber or baking trays even easier. Its excellent non-stick properties allow all residue to be removed simply and effortlessly with a damp cloth.

The exhaust duct should be as short as possible and have as few bends and curves as possible. Ideally, it should have a diameter of 150 mm. Each additional metre added to the exhaust duct and each additional bend will create resistance, reducing the power of the range hood. A more powerful range hood cannot compensate for a poorly designed exhaust duct. This will only result in increased losses and noise levels. Reducing the diameter of the exhaust duct should be avoided where possible – due to the increased flow rate, this will also lead to increased noise levels.

Yes, there is. The wool programme has been specially designed to treat woollen fabrics extremely gently during the wash cycle and with a much lower spin speed. This produces fantastic results while putting the wool under as little strain as possible.

There are different solutions to suit you – whether you want your range hood to be an eye-catching design feature or for it to be discreetly integrated into your kitchen. On the wall If you want to make your range hood stand out, then a wall hood is a great choice. Wall hoods are also available as slanted versions which provide ample headroom. They are installed on the wall directly above the hob. Integrated into the kitchen units If you would rather incorporate the hood into the kitchen so that it is virtually invisible, then we recommend a built-in range hood with a glass canopy, a flat-panel range hood or an integrated range hood. These are perfect for kitchens in which you need to make clever use of the space. Downdraft or in the hob itself Without long detours, cooking vapours are whisked away at the very place where they first develop – on the hob itself. Our integrated hob hood, the pull-out downdraft and the induction hob with integrated range hood offer increased headroom and extract the vapours downwards.

Compared with the extracted air solution, there is much less to consider for range hoods with recirculation air, particularly if you have chimney-based heating (such as gas, oil or coal-fired heaters, flow heaters, water heaters and open fireplaces). They are easy to install and they can be operated without restrictions if the range hood is used in recirculation mode with an activated charcoal filter. To use recirculation mode, you must provide an activated charcoal filter – the filter absorbs unpleasant odours and ensures there is fresh air in the kitchen while you are cooking.

The lamps go out automatically after 2 minutes, which means that the washing machine can be left open after washing. The Start/Pause/Light button can be used to switch off the light manually. The automatic lighting can also be deactivated in the user settings.

Yes you can – various range hoods have the FlexLED function. This allows you to easily adjust the colour temperature, from a warm-white 2700 to a cool 4000 kelvin. This feature creates the perfect atmosphere in harmony with the kitchen lighting and can be individually tailored to all kinds of lighting concepts.

A heating element behind the hot air diffuser plate heats up the air inside the cooking chamber, which is circulated evenly. The feature is suitable for cakes, biscuits, bread and roasted meat on two levels. Set the temperature approx. 20 °C lower than for top/bottom heat.

The Eco programmes allow you to save energy without compromising on quality. Hot air eco and top/bottom heat eco are particularly suitable for stews that require a lot of time in the oven.

Blocked fluff filters and filter pads weaken the airflow. This means the laundry takes more time and energy to dry. This is why the fluff filters and filter pads should be cleaned regularly as stated in the operating manual.

Ideally so that the dry air flow of the DualDry flows directly on the laundry. However, the laundry also dries if the positioning is less ideal. The customer is free to install the hangar as they like. In an apartment building, the washing line is usually at a height of 180 - 190 cm. The washing line should not be lower than the air release flap.

V-ZUG dryers are designed for minimum energy consumption. A humidity sensor continuously measures your laundry's degree of dryness. If in spite of this, your laundry turns out too dry or not dry enough, you can adjust the degree of dryness according to your needs.

Yes, a discharge pump is installed. The maximum feed height of the discharge height is 1.2 m.

Microwaves generate electromagnetic oscillations that are passed on to the food molecules. The rapid movement of these food molecules creates frictional heat, which means the food is cooked from within.

In spite of a great number of studies, scientists so far have found no proof that electromagnetic fields pose any environmental or health risks. The innovative DialogSystem takes care of this. The washing machine communicates information on the amount and type of laundry, spinning speed, the selected wash programme etc. to the tumble dryer. Based on these data, the dryer selects the ideal drying programme and determines its precise duration, ensuring that your laundry is not damaged by the wrong choice of drying programme.

A model from 1990 required 80 litres of water and used 1.25 kW of electricity. A current model can manage with just 39 litres of water and 0.85 kW of electricity. The amount of water required depends on the level of soiling and the water hardness. AdoraWash washing machines are equipped with EcoManagement. This function shows how much water and energy were used during the last wash cycle. It also displays average values for the last 20 wash cycles.
