When you purchase an appliance from our flagship boutique ZUGORAMA, or any of our authorised kitchen partners, you will receive a comprehensive guide on how you can benefit from our in-house gourmet recipes, cooking tips, maintenance and new developments in our appliances. You will also benefit from the private events and perks that are specially reserved for our privileged customers. 

All appliances purchased from V-ZUG Singapore or our authorised kitchen partners guarantees a 2-year warranty. In the unlikely event that your appliance malfunctions and requires special attention, we wish to inform you that:

1. Your appliance will need to be registered with V-ZUG AG in order to be valid. V-ZUG Singapore is a direct subsidiary of V-ZUG AG, Switzerland. According to our company policy, appliance warranty does not apply for purchases made through a parallel importer.
2. V-ZUG appliances which are purchased from parallel importers are not certified by “Enterprise Singapore.” These units are deemed as unsuitable for Singapore climate and do not meet the approval regulations set out by the Singapore Government. Using these un-regulated appliances may pose safety concerns and risks.
