2-Year GuaranteeEvery V-ZUG product comes with a two-year guarantee starting from the date of purchase.
What is covered by the guarantee?This guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects and includes rectification of such defects free of charge during the guarantee period. This includes labour and travel time as well as the cost of spare parts. The guarantee may, at V-ZUG's discretion, be provided in the form of repair of the product, replacement with an equivalent, or a refund of the purchase price. Any other claims, even those related to digital offers and services, are excluded.
Where is the guarantee valid?
The guarantee is only valid in the country where the product was purchased, provided that V‑ZUG itself or a V‑ZUG authorised service centre operates in that country. Using devices in other countries may cause issues due to the environmental and climatic conditions of the respective country or technical reasons (e.g. mains voltage, frequency). Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to provide a guarantee for devices that are not approved for use in the respective country.
What is not covered by the guarantee?Damage caused by transport, installation or setup that does not comply with instructions, incorrect or improper use, lack of maintenance, natural wear and tear, external influences, force majeure, or other reasons for which V-ZUG Ltd is not responsible, is not covered by this guarantee. Interventions carried out on appliances by parties other than V-ZUG authorised service centres, as well as the use of non-original spare parts, will invalidate the guarantee. This guarantee does not affect claims against the seller of the product arising from contracts or legal regulations. The fact that the appliance has not been used or has been used only minimally does not entitle an extension of the guarantee period.
