The connected communal laundry room

The SharemanWash® digital payment system (formerly vesta®) simplifies management and automates billing for communal laundry rooms.

Simplicity and transparency

No card, key or cash is required to use the system. A touchscreen is installed in the communal laundry room. It is connected to each washing machine and dryer via satellite modules that transmit machine usage information, enabling highly accurate billing.

Payments, availability and bookings: digital overview

The SharemanWash® solution allows tenants to pay directly for washing and drying cycles. Credit can be easily topped up online using TWINT, a credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal or a QR invoice. The cost of the wash is automatically deducted after each use. Tenants can also view the laundry room schedule and appliance availability in real time, reserve slots and track usage and payment history. The app offers convenient features such as notification when a programme has finished, but it is not essential for using the laundry room.

Simplicity for administrations

SharemanWash® can be integrated into new or existing laundry rooms. Schedules can be managed centrally and assigned to individual users. Alternatively, time slots can remain freely accessible or be blocked at specific times, such as after 10 p.m. or on Sundays. Activities, statistics and payments are recorded in a history log that can be accessed via the internet platform with an admin account. SharemanWash® also offers a telephone support service for tenants – seven days a week.
