After 10 years of home catering, Bart Vanhevel decided to start a culinary studio in 2011.
In his search for premium kitchen appliances, he was introduced to V-ZUG: he was amazed by its professional performance and decided to equip the workshop with V-ZUG appliances.
Since participants of his cooking demos were also impressed, Bart decided to start offering V-ZUG cooking classes as well.
Basic lessons 1, 2 and 3 are specifically designed to teach how to work with the equipment and are best taken all three sequentially.
