Are you purchasing new V-ZUG appliances?

  • Get the five-year V-ZUG Care guarantee package for your appliances.

  • You could also consider getting an extension of up to ten years with the V-ZUG Care + guarantee packages. Purchase both packages at the same time to benefit from a discount.

Do you already have V-ZUG appliances without a guarantee package?

  • Get the V-ZUG Care + guarantee package for your appliances and benefit from the comprehensive V-ZUG Care services for five years.

The guarantee packages each cover an individual appliance. This gives you the freedom to choose between taking advantage of comprehensive guarantee services for all of your V-ZUG appliances or else insuring individual appliances as required. The cost of the guarantees varies depending on the product category and combination of appliances. The more appliances you insure, the lower the average cost of the guarantee packages. If you choose to insure five appliances, all further appliances will be insured free of charge.

V-ZUG Care for 5 years

5-year guarantee for new appliances

The guarantee covers material defects and manufacturing faults that occur during everyday use within the first five years of operation.

Further information: The guarantee service includes telephone consultation, repair of the defect, any original spare parts required, work and travel. The guarantee starts on the date of purchasing the appliance and requires online registration.

Installation

The appliance is professionally installed by your dealer.

Further information: Talk to your dealer to arrange a date that suits you best for installing your household appliances.

Welcome box

Your guarantee services start with a welcome box. It contains useful information, tips on how to operate your appliance, and a little gift. 

Further information: The welcome box will be sent to your home once you have registered your appliance online.

Product demonstration

The appliance functions will be personally explained to you so that you can take advantage of the ultimate user experience. You will be given tips on the best way to use and care for your appliance.

Further information: The product demonstration service includes a one-time visit to your home that will take around two hours. Please note that this service is not a cookery course. 

The product demonstration is free of charge if you insure four or more appliances, or it can be purchased separately if you insure up to three.

Favourable upgrade

As soon as you insure your first appliance, you will be given an attractive discount for when you come to replace your appliance with a new model.

Further information: The demands placed on household appliances change over time and V-ZUG continues to develop its technologies to enhance the user experience. This is why, at the end of the guarantee period, you will have the opportunity to replace your appliance with a new model and benefit from discounts on the purchase price.

Collection and disposal

The collection and professional disposal of appliances can be organised by the dealer on request.

What are you up to?

V-ZUG Care +

The duration of this additional guarantee package begins once the V-ZUG Care package has expired and continues for a further five years. If you did not purchase V-ZUG Care for your appliance in use, the duration of this package will begin at a time of your choosing within 5 years of the appliance installation.

5-year guarantee for appliances in use

The guarantee covers material defects and manufacturing faults that occur during everyday use within its five-year validity period. 

Further information: The guarantee service includes telephone consultation, repair of the defect, any original spare parts required, work and travel. The guarantee starts either on the date of purchasing the guarantee package or once the initial V-ZUG Care package has expired and requires online registration.

Anniversary box

Your guarantee services start with an anniversary box. It contains useful information, tips on how to operate your appliance, and a little gift. 

Further information: The anniversary box is sent to your home once you have signed the guarantee package agreement. Customers who have already taken out the V-ZUG Care + extension when purchasing their appliance will automatically receive the anniversary box when the appliance begins its sixth year of operation.

Product check-up

To keep your appliance running smoothly and allow you to benefit from the best possible user experience, we carry out an appliance check-up at the beginning of the guarantee period. 

Further information: The product check-up includes a one-time visit to your home that will take around two hours. The service includes software upgrades, function tests, potential replacement of components and personal advice. The product check-up is free of charge if you insure four or more appliances, or it can be purchased separately if you insure up to three.
