The warranty period of V‑ZUG products (except for Three Guarantee products) is generally 2 years, starting from the date of purchase. The validity period of the Three Guarantees products shall be implemented in accordance with the Three Guarantees certificate or national regulations.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, V‑ZUG will deal with all problems related to material and manufacturing defects free of charge, and will not charge any labour, travel and material fees. V‑ZUG may decide whether to repair, replace with the same product, or offer a refund according to the situation. Apart from these, V‑ZUG does not accept other requests from customers.
Valid Region Warranty Service
Warranty service is only valid in the country where the electrical appliance is purchased, and where the service is provided by Swiss V‑ZUG or its authorized service providers. If the electrical appliance is shipped to other countries, problems may occur due to differences in the country's technical conditions (such as power supply voltage or frequency) or climate conditions. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to provide warranty service for electrical appliances sold in other countries without approval.
After the product leaves the factory, damage caused by transportation, improper handling or installation, improper use, misuse, improper maintenance, normal use, external influences, force majeure, and other circumstances beyond the control of V‑ZUG are not covered by the warranty. The consequences caused by services from service providers not authorized by V‑ZUG or the use of non-V‑ZUG original accessories are not covered by the warranty. Claims against product dealers based on contract or legal provisions are not affected by this warranty. Warranty extensions cannot be claimed on the grounds that an appliance has not been used or has been idle.
