Yes, you need a V-ZUG-Home login, or you can use your social login (Google or Apple) to use the app.

The app runs on Android devices from version 10.0 and iOS devices (Apple) from version 13.0.

Access the user settings of the household appliance and select the V-ZUG-Home function. Depending on the appliance, the V-ZUG-Home modus can be found in the settings or consult the V-ZUG-Home manual for appliance specific variations.

You will find the V-ZUG-Home configuration in the user settings of each V-ZUG appliance. From there, you can set the V-ZUG-Home mode, read information and restore the factory settings for V-ZUG-Home.

The following functions can be controlled remotely via the V-ZUG app:

• Stop the current program

• Send recipes and programs to your oven or steamer

• Adjust certain user settings on your household appliance

• Download the app from the Apple App Store (Link) for iOS or Google Play Store (Link) for Android devices and install it on your smartphone or tablet

• Follow the instruction of the onboarding in the app

• Create or login with your V-ZUG-Home account or use your social logins

Yes, an internet connection is required for full utilisation of V-ZUG-Home and the V-ZUG app.

To display your V-ZUG appliance, activate V-ZUG-Home in the user settings of your household appliance. Next, download the V-ZUG app on your smartphone or tablet, register or login with your V-ZUG-Home account or social login and connect your appliance in the app.

Please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Ensure the router is switched on and that the smartphone/tablet can access the home network. Check if the WLAN symbol is visible on the smartphone/tablet.

• Is V-ZUG-Home activated on the household appliance?

• Has the V-ZUG app been downloaded?

• Can the app detect the household appliance?

• Is the smartphone/tablet connected to the WLAN (home network)?

• Is Bluetooth activated on the smartphone/tablet?

• Is 'Location' enabled?

• Has the PIN been entered correctly (6 digits)?

• Is the correct WLAN displayed? If not, the device may have poor WiFi reception.

• Has the WLAN password been entered correctly?

It is currently not possible to start the appliance remotely for security reasons. You must always confirm your selected programmes and recipes on the appliances in order to start them. We are developing ways in which to enable this functionality in the future.

V-ZUG-Home mode is active, and the appliance is connected to the WLAN.

• Check whether there is an active Internet connection and whether the appliance is accessible in the home network.

• Remove the appliance from your V-ZUG-Home account and try to reconnect it. If this fails, there is no connection to the server. Try again later.

• Problems may occur in certain networks, for example if a firewall prevents the connection or if the network is weak.

Please switch Bluetooth on and off again.

If this does not help, unpair all paired V-ZUG Bluetooth devices in the Bluetooth menu on the mobile phone and try again.

Please restart the appliance and try again.

For security reasons, the Bluetooth connection is required for initial pairing and for functions that can only be carried out in the vicinity of the appliance. Therefore it is only active as long as you are in the vicinity of the appliance.

The appliance’s WLAN connection is always active. If remote access is not set up, you must be in the same WLAN network as your mobile phone or tablet. If remote access is set up, you only need an active connection to the Internet with your mobile phone or tablet.

There can be various reasons for this. The flashing frequency and type provide information about this:

• Slow flashing when the screen is switched on (1s on, 1s off): V-ZUG Home mode is active, but there is no connection to the WLAN. If the appliance has already been claimed and does not reconnect, follow the instructions for "I cannot connect to my appliance."

• Irregular, short flashes: Data is being transferred to the appliance. This is normal and only indicates activity.

• Rapid flashing when the screen is switched on (1/4s on, 1/4s off): Ready for Bluetooth connection, is only active during claiming.

64 dB(A) in room air operation according to test regulation.

During room air laundry drying, the room air (and therefore the clothes) is dehumidified; to this end, a heat pump is used. The temperature of the air blown out is only slightly above the temperature of the room air. DualDry releases a heat capacity of some 350-400 W into the room during operation. This means that the air blown out in normal operation is 5 - 10°C higher than the room temperature, but it is not electronically heated, which results in very good energy efficiency values. If the DualDry blows out tangibly hot air, this is often caused by a clogged fluff filter. Only when drying in the drum is the laundry dried with heated air.

Applying steam makes the textile fibres smooth, causing creases to unfold. Clothing is smoothed out using a combination of its own weight and a gentle stream of air.

Although the DualDry has time-controlled programmes, they do not need to be used to switch off the appliance automatically. An integrated humidity sensor measures the level of dryness reached and automatically deactivates the DualDry if the desired degree has been reached.

The cooking chamber is heated simultaneously by steam and hot air. The food is heated up or cooked by steaming. This feature is suitable for cooking vegetables, rice, cereal products, pulses and egg dishes, for poaching meat, fish and poultry, for making yoghurt and for sterilising. To keep cleaning to a minimum, it is best to slide the stainless steel tray under the perforated cooking tray and collect the small amount of residual water in it.

The impulse-controlled rinse agent sensor ensures that only the minimum amount of rinse agent is used, depending on water hardness and load.

The energy saver programme reduces the washing temperature by 5°C, which results in an energy saving of 10%.

Yes, the cutlery drawer is designed so that the right-hand external wing can be retracted sideways, meaning that long-stemmed glasses can still be placed in the upper basket below.

The CombairSteamer fits best in an existing niche (762 mm) for a standard oven or cooker. These appliances combine a complete oven and steaming functions. CombairSteamers offer all the steaming programmes of a steam cooker and the classic functions of an oven – such as hot air, top/bottom heat and grill. If expanding the niche is possible, we recommend the classic combination of a 45 oven and a 45 CombiSteamer, allowing you to benefit from the flexibility of having two cooking chambers.

There are two options. In the event of minor soiling, the unique, automatic cleaning programme can be started via the OptiDos settings. It rinses both OptiDos dispensers with water. The second option can be applied when switching from softener to detergent or in the event of strong soiling (e.g. deposited detergent). In doing so, the OptiDos drawer can be easily removed manually without using tools and cleaned by rinsing under the tap. Do not clean the drawer in the dishwasher.

The recommended maximum size of the room is 25 m² (50 m³)

It depends: for a vented dryer, you'll need to install an air duct leading outside from where you intend to place the dryer.

When buying glasses, please check to make sure that they are dishwasher-safe. Also note the information provided by the manufacturer of the glasses or ask the sales personnel. Glasses that are marked as dishwasher-safe can be washed with other crockery in the dishwasher without further thought. Higher temperatures are not a problem for such glasses, as they are manufactured to high standards of quality. As part of the daily use of your glasses, we recommend washing them along with your other crockery and cookware using the automatic programme.

No. Both detergent dispensers are supplied with the washing machine and can be immediately filled with the desired liquid agents or softeners.

All-in-1 tabs consist of pressed amounts of powder/rinse agent and salt. Because the substances are pressed, they cannot dissolve quickly enough to achieve their full cleaning effect when used in fast programmes. The amounts of rinse aid and salt are also not enough to achieve the best possible cleaning result. This is why it is essential to add additional salt and rinse aid to the dishwasher! V-ZUG's dishwashers are equipped with the All in 1 function, which can be used with tabs of any kind. You can activate this function for any V-ZUG dishwasher via the user settings. With this function, the dishwasher automatically extends the programme duration by a maximum of 10 minutes for very short programmes, and extends the final drying time by a maximum of 15 minutes. This enables the tabs to dissolve and achieve their full cleaning effect. The All in 1 function also automatically adjusts the use of salt and rinse aid, reducing it by 50 %, and guarantees excellent cleaning and drying results every time!

The delayed start function makes it easy to take advantage of low night electricity rates. What's more, the appliance remembers the time it was set to on the previous occasion, and with a mere 42dB(A), our dishwashers know how to keep their noise down. You won't hear a thing.

The «Upper rack» only function makes a ZUG dishwasher even more flexible and will save 2.6 litres of water, depending on the wash programme.

All woollens labelled as washable can be dried in the tumble dryer. The appliance uses a gentle drying process with adapted drum action and a low temperature (approximately 45°C).

All our latest washing machines (Adora) and tumble dryers (Adora) are available with the door hinges on the right-hand or left-hand side. This means you can choose the most suitable version for your circumstances.

Yes, absolutely. For optimum cleaning and drying results, we always recommend adding rinse aid to the dishwasher. The amount of rinse aid in the tabs is not sufficient to achieve optimum drying results.

No, the two tanks are only for liquid detergent. However, washing with powder is still possible with the AdoraWash V4000 OptiDos, at any time and without technical modification.

The following liquid detergents may be added to each dispenser: Universal detergent, colour detergent, fine detergent, softener, wool detergent, baby detergent, detergent for black clothes, detergent for white clothes, outdoor detergent. The dispensers can be flexibly filled according to personal requirements. Both dispensers with detergent, both dispensers with softener, one dispenser of detergent and one dispenser of softener, only one dispenser used with detergent or softener. The dispensers are also easily emptied if necessary and filled with another agent.

Yes. Hand wash, WetClean and wool programmes are available, and it’s also possible to activate additional functions such as Easy care.

Yes, all V-ZUG induction and autarkic radiant hobs are fitted with an automatic safety shut-off that prevents overheating.

Make sure the cooking zones are generously spaced so the pans don't touch. We'd recommend a hob with cooking zones in a V- or A-shaped alignment. You might also consider a panorama hob, where the cooking zones are positioned in a single line for easy access.

The DualDry is extremely energy-efficient. In tumble drying mode, it meets the requirements for energy efficiency class A++ and in room air laundry drying, the requirements for energy efficiency class A1.

No. If the appliance door reaches its stopping point or encounters resistance, movement is stopped. The appliance door is uncoupled from the drive at a certain angle and can be moved freely. If an appliance door with AutoDoor is stopped manually, you must press the button again or close the appliance door manually to reset it.

The additional hygiene programme eliminates germs using an elevated temperature (above 60 °C) over a longer exposure time. Independent laboratory trials have confirmed a reduction in germs of up to 99.99 %.
