Yes, you need a V-ZUG-Home login, or you can use your social login (Google or Apple) to use the app.

The app runs on Android devices from version 10.0 and iOS devices (Apple) from version 13.0.

Access the user settings of the household appliance and select the V-ZUG-Home function. Depending on the appliance, the V-ZUG-Home modus can be found in the settings or consult the V-ZUG-Home manual for appliance specific variations.

You will find the V-ZUG-Home configuration in the user settings of each V-ZUG appliance. From there, you can set the V-ZUG-Home mode, read information and restore the factory settings for V-ZUG-Home.

The following functions can be controlled remotely via the V-ZUG app:

• Stop the current program

• Send recipes and programs to your oven or steamer

• Adjust certain user settings on your household appliance

• Download the app from the Apple App Store (Link) for iOS or Google Play Store (Link) for Android devices and install it on your smartphone or tablet

• Follow the instruction of the onboarding in the app

• Create or login with your V-ZUG-Home account or use your social logins

Yes, an internet connection is required for full utilisation of V-ZUG-Home and the V-ZUG app.

To display your V-ZUG appliance, activate V-ZUG-Home in the user settings of your household appliance. Next, download the V-ZUG app on your smartphone or tablet, register or login with your V-ZUG-Home account or social login and connect your appliance in the app.

Please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Ensure the router is switched on and that the smartphone/tablet can access the home network. Check if the WLAN symbol is visible on the smartphone/tablet.

• Is V-ZUG-Home activated on the household appliance?

• Has the V-ZUG app been downloaded?

• Can the app detect the household appliance?

• Is the smartphone/tablet connected to the WLAN (home network)?

• Is Bluetooth activated on the smartphone/tablet?

• Is 'Location' enabled?

• Has the PIN been entered correctly (6 digits)?

• Is the correct WLAN displayed? If not, the device may have poor WiFi reception.

• Has the WLAN password been entered correctly?

It is currently not possible to start the appliance remotely for security reasons. You must always confirm your selected programmes and recipes on the appliances in order to start them. We are developing ways in which to enable this functionality in the future.

V-ZUG-Home mode is active, and the appliance is connected to the WLAN.

An extra-high model offers space for plates with a diameter of 33cm. This means that an extra-high dishwasher makes sense if you want to use it for large plates, tall wine glasses or baking trays.

• Check whether there is an active Internet connection and whether the appliance is accessible in the home network.

• Remove the appliance from your V-ZUG-Home account and try to reconnect it. If this fails, there is no connection to the server. Try again later.

• Problems may occur in certain networks, for example if a firewall prevents the connection or if the network is weak.

The appliance has one fluff filter and two filter mats. Since the gentle stream of air and extremely gentle treatment only remove a small amount of fluff from the fabric, the fluff filter only needs to be emptied occasionally. The appliance automatically detects when the fluff filter is heavily clogged. A notification appears in the display when the fluff filter needs cleaning.

No, the air flow cannot be changed. However, as the air circulation has only a limited impact on the drying, factors such as the size of the room, volume of laundry or how the laundry was hung up are more decisive.

Favourites are currently not synchronised between the app and the appliance. We are working on new functionalities that will enable this in the future.

This means that

• favourites on the appliance are not visible in the app.

• favourites from the app are not visible on the appliance.

The refresh programme draws out and then eliminates odours from textiles using a combination of an elevated temperature and steam.

No – the photocatalysis process only removes odours and does not apply odorous or odour-masking substances to the fabric. A cupboard deodoriser can be used to match the scent to your liking.

There are a number of reasons for unsatisfactory cleaning results. The most common are listed below: - Too many dishes are packed too closely together in the dishwasher, preventing the water jets from the spray nozzles from reaching every part of the dishes and resulting in spray shadows. Spray shadows are surfaces on dishes that have been missed by the water jet and are therefore not cleaned. - The dishwasher's spray arms are blocked, meaning that the water spray pressure is too low for proper cleaning. In this case, you can simply remove the spray arms (see the operating instructions) and clean the nozzles under the tap. - Select the RinsePlus user setting on the dishwasher. RinsePlus increases the amount of water and extends the programme duration.

If the laundry is dried in a room, the humidity must be transported out of the room through ventilation in order to prevent humidity damage, such as the formation of mould on walls. By ventilating, a lot of heating energy is lost in winter, which increases heating costs. DualDry removes the humidity from the air. This means that ventilation is required less frequently. Furthermore, the laundry can also be dried in rooms without windows, meaning an extra room is not required.

With the V-ZUG BakeOmatic, there is no need to enter the cooking duration, temperature, operating mode or weight manually. Whether it’s a carefully thought out menu for guests or something you’ve thrown together using ingredients from the garden, refrigerator or pantry, the BakeOmatic always delivers quick, simple and tasty results. Thanks to unique sensor technology in the climate control system (CCS) with active ventilation flap, your cooking chamber will reach the ideal conditions for your dish. Your steamer or oven will automatically detect the weight and size of the dish and will select the best sequence of the various operating modes with exactly the right temperature and duration. What’s more, you can find out exactly when the dish will be ready just moments after you begin.

Room air laundry drying takes more time, as the laundry is streamed less efficiently with air and the temperatures during this process are also lower than when drying in the drum. Other factors that slow down the drying process: A lot of laundry in a small room, very damp laundry (of small spinning speed), open doors or windows, humidity that additionally enters the room, clogged front filter mat, items that prevent the release of air, soiled or faulty humidity sensor.

When buying glasses, please check to make sure that they are dishwasher-safe. Also note the information provided by the manufacturer of the glasses or ask the sales personnel. Glasses that are marked as dishwasher-safe can be washed with other crockery in the dishwasher without further thought. Higher temperatures are not a problem for such glasses, as they are manufactured to high standards of quality. As part of the daily use of your glasses, we recommend washing them along with your other crockery and cookware using the automatic programme.

Yes, the softener can be added separately in the right compartment even if detergent was chosen from the OptiDos drawer. This does not require any additional settings, as the detergent compartment on the right-hand side is rinsed for every wash.

This is what you've been waiting for. The «ultra care» programme dries your delicate items at 55°C in just 90 minutes. A piece of advice: treat your laundry with even more care by giving it ample space in the washing drum.

Our anti-crease programme is yet another highlight of the comprehensive V-ZUG laundry care range. It is designed primarily for blouses, shirts, T-shirts and cotton trousers that are treated for 20 minutes. Put the items on hangers while they are still slightly damp. Iron them lightly if required and they will look as good as new.

This programme is designed for thick, multi-layered textiles and varying loads. It is less suitable for T-shirts and undergarments as they risk shrinking.

The AdoraWash Vx000 washing machines are equipped with the partial load water and energy economy function as standard. It is completely automatic and checks how much washing is in the drum before the start of every wash cycle, achieving water savings of as much as 60% compared with using the maximum amount of water in the drum.

All our latest washing machines (Adora) and tumble dryers (Adora) are available with the door hinges on the right-hand or left-hand side. This means you can choose the most suitable version for your circumstances.

Yes, absolutely. For optimum cleaning and drying results, we always recommend adding rinse aid to the dishwasher. The amount of rinse aid in the tabs is not sufficient to achieve optimum drying results.

No, the two tanks are only for liquid detergent. However, washing with powder is still possible with the AdoraWash V4000 OptiDos, at any time and without technical modification.

All appliances are guaranteed to have low external door temperatures. In the case of normal ovens and steamers, a triple-layer glass door ensures safe operation while cooking. Pyrolytic self-cleaning ovens actually have a four-layer glass door concept. Thanks to the innovative door concept in the Advanced and Excellence Line, the door is ventilated with air from the room, thereby keeping the temperature of the outer door lower than it is for the standard models. Fully extending runners are not offered because they can affect the microwave field, leading to uneven heating and potentially compromising cooking results. By dispensing with them, we ensure consistently perfect cooking performance.

Make sure the cooking zones are generously spaced so the pans don't touch. We'd recommend a hob with cooking zones in a V- or A-shaped alignment. You might also consider a panorama hob, where the cooking zones are positioned in a single line for easy access.

The CombiCookTop V2000 is a sleek cooktop with a fully integrated extractor, now also available in 60 cm width.
