No, for security reasons, the smartphone or tablet must be on the same home network as the V-ZUG appliance. However, you will still receive notifications even when your device is not connected to the home network.

To connect your appliance wirelessly via WLAN, follow these steps:

• Activate V-ZUG-Home in the user settings of your household appliance

• Download the V-ZUG app on your smartphone or tablet

• Use the app to connect the appliance to your home network.

Activating the V-ZUG-Home mode is required to connect to the V-ZUG app.

Depending on the appliance, the V-ZUG-Home modus can be found in the settings or consult the V-ZUG-Home manual for appliance specific variations.

To benefit from the advantages of V-ZUG-Home, please download and install the V-ZUG app from the Google Play or the App Store on your smartphone or tablet.

The automatic programme is capable of detecting what your dirty dishes need, thereby reducing the consumption of water, electricity and dishwater salt by up to 30%. The programme also works out how long the washing cycle needs to last. This could be anywhere between 50 and 85 minutes.

The following functions can be controlled remotely via the V-ZUG app:

• Stop the current program

• Send recipes and programs to your oven or steamer

• Adjust certain user settings on your household appliance

• Download the app from the Apple App Store (Link) for iOS or Google Play Store (Link) for Android devices and install it on your smartphone or tablet

• Follow the instruction of the onboarding in the app

• Create or login with your V-ZUG-Home account or use your social logins

To configure the user settings, select the desired appliance in the app, then click on Settings. A new window will open, displaying the user settings.

Yes, you will receive notifications everywhere, either via a wireless network (WLAN) or mobile Internet.

Please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Ensure the router is switched on and that the smartphone/tablet can access the home network. Check if the WLAN symbol is visible on the smartphone/tablet.

• Is V-ZUG-Home activated on the household appliance?

• Has the V-ZUG app been downloaded?

• Can the app detect the household appliance?

• Is the smartphone/tablet connected to the WLAN (home network)?

• Is Bluetooth activated on the smartphone/tablet?

• Is 'Location' enabled?

• Has the PIN been entered correctly (6 digits)?

• Is the correct WLAN displayed? If not, the device may have poor WiFi reception.

• Has the WLAN password been entered correctly?

- You need to increase the amount of rinse aid in the user settings (ex-works level 4). This will increase the level of rinse agent used in the rinsing process, thereby improving the dryness. - Select the DryPlus user setting on the dishwasher. DryPlus increases the temperature during final rinsing and extends the programme duration.

Yes, wet clothes can easily be dried again in next to no time using the additional drying programme.

The dishwasher uses sophisticated technology to measure the amount of water which is drained from the dishwasher before flowing back into the water cycle via the drum floor. If little water flows back, the dishwasher recognises that it has a full load. The opposite happens when the dishwasher only has a light load. In this case, a large amount of water flows back into the system and the amount of water is adjusted automatically. This enables the dishwasher to save up to 1.5 litres of water for each main programme selected.

It is currently not possible to start the appliance remotely for security reasons. You must always confirm your selected programmes and recipes on the appliances in order to start them. We are developing ways in which to enable this functionality in the future.

V-ZUG-Home mode is active, and the appliance is connected to the WLAN.

All-in-1 tabs consist of pressed amounts of powder/rinse agent and salt. Because the substances are pressed, they cannot dissolve quickly enough to achieve their full cleaning effect when used in fast programmes. The amounts of rinse aid and salt are also not enough to achieve the best possible cleaning result. This is why it is essential to add additional salt and rinse aid to the dishwasher! V-ZUG's dishwashers are equipped with the All in 1 function, which can be used with tabs of any kind. You can activate this function for any V-ZUG dishwasher via the user settings. With this function, the dishwasher automatically extends the programme duration by a maximum of 10 minutes for very short programmes, and extends the final drying time by a maximum of 15 minutes. This enables the tabs to dissolve and achieve their full cleaning effect. The All in 1 function also automatically adjusts the use of salt and rinse aid, reducing it by 50 %, and guarantees excellent cleaning and drying results every time!

Remote access has been extensively tested and works for all devices that are equipped with it. If problems occur, check whether it is possible to update the appliances software. Local conditions can also make the connection more difficult, such as the location of the appliance.

There are two options. In the event of minor soiling, the unique, automatic cleaning programme can be started via the OptiDos settings. It rinses both OptiDos dispensers with water. The second option can be applied when switching from softener to detergent or in the event of strong soiling (e.g. deposited detergent). In doing so, the OptiDos drawer can be easily removed manually without using tools and cleaned by rinsing under the tap. Do not clean the drawer in the dishwasher.

It depends: for a vented dryer, you'll need to install an air duct leading outside from where you intend to place the dryer.

Start it without putting any laundry in the washing machine. The programme heats a small amount of water to approximately 80°C and then treats the inside of the appliance with steam to significantly reduce the number of germs.

Yes, the softener can be added separately in the right compartment even if detergent was chosen from the OptiDos drawer. This does not require any additional settings, as the detergent compartment on the right-hand side is rinsed for every wash.

A steamer allows for gentle steam cooking that does not wash out valuable vitamins, minerals and flavours from your food. The unpressurised steaming process operates at temperatures between 30 and 100 °C to enable simple, precision cooking. A smart climate sensor allows the food to be steamed in the best possible conditions, regardless of the amount. The colours are preserved perfectly. Ideal for a healthy and balanced diet.

No. Both detergent dispensers are supplied with the washing machine and can be immediately filled with the desired liquid agents or softeners.

Yes. In the user settings, modular detergents can be activated by activating the function. This type of detergent is added to the detergent dispenser drawer on the right.

Induction is the technology of the future: it is faster and more energy-efficient. One litre of water is brought to the boil in approximately two minutes. This is made possible by smart technology. Induction generates heat exactly where it is needed in the base of the pan. The glass around the heated cooking zone stays virtually cold, so no energy is wasted. An induction stove uses up to 40% less energy compared to other heating methods.

A freely selectable temperature range between 30 and 100 °C provides precise control for gentle cooking, helping preserve the texture, flavor, and nutrients of food. You can set the exact temperature needed for delicate foods such as fish, vegetables, custards, or chocolate. It is ideal for proofing dough, fermenting yogurt, reheating, or keeping food warm without drying it out. Fine temperature control also ensures consistent, reliable results for recipes that require precision.

The cooking chamber is heated by steam and hot air. The food is reheated gently without drying it out. This feature is suitable for reheating cooked food or for cooking convenience products and ready meals. Regeneration can be carried out simultaneously on several levels with no flavour transfer.

A heating element behind the hot air diffuser plate heats up the air inside the cooking chamber, which is circulated evenly. The feature is suitable for cakes, biscuits, bread and roasted meat on two levels. Set the temperature approx. 20 °C lower than for top/bottom heat.

V-ZUG steamers make for ideal additional appliances. This means you can always enjoy the benefits of having a steamer: You can prepare a delicious gratin or a piece of meat with automatic soft roasting in the oven, while the steamer handles ingredients such as rice, vegetables or an exquisite dessert. Stress-free cooking guaranteed.

By pulling out the OptiDos drawer, the load capacity for both dispensers is shown on the touch display and whether or not there is sufficient detergent. If the filing level is low, a notification will automatically appear on the display after the wash (without pulling out the detergent dispenser drawer).

Make sure the cooking zones are generously spaced so the pans don't touch. We'd recommend a hob with cooking zones in a V- or A-shaped alignment. You might also consider a panorama hob, where the cooking zones are positioned in a single line for easy access.

The external steam generator ensures that the only thing that can get into the interior is steam. As steam doesn’t leave limescale residue, you don’t have to worry about this when using the V-ZUG steamer. Cleaning is made so much easier, as there’s no limescale to remove from the interior. What’s more, the water tank for the steamers in the Excellence Line has a perfectly smooth surface, which helps to prevent limescale deposits from forming.

The CoffeeCenter V6000 45 uses coffee beans, which means you are free to explore the fascinating world of coffee to your heart’s content.

You can use the delayed start function to set your electricity provider’s low rate times up to 24 hours in advance and use the machine during these times. The current range of AdoraWash washing machines also features the intelligent OptiTime delayed start function. If you use OptiTime at night, for example, and combine it with low electricity rates, you can make energy savings of up to 63% per wash cycle.

TopClean is a specially developed coating that is applied on top of the enamel inside the cooking space and on baking trays. This added layer gives the surface excellent non-stick properties, making cleaning much easier. Most residue can be removed using a damp cloth and mild detergent, which reduces the need for harsh cleaning agents and extensive scrubbing.

We have developed an innovative technology that harnesses the gentle power of water to wash especially delicate garments. The new Adora SLQ features a separate internal water cycle. A special distribution nozzle smoothly soaks the laundry by spraying water over it, a highly gentle cleaning process that amounts to a textile, wellness programme.

The Adora night economy programme reduces energy consumption by 40% and water consumption by 20%. You can make use of lower night electricity rates and protect the environment. What's more, the Adora is very quiet.

This adapts the wash programme to the degree of soiling. This additional function is typical for V-ZUG appliances and helps you save water, time and energy.

You select a main programme by pressing a singlebutton. This means all the required settings are automatically chosen. If desired, you can select additional programmes or functions by pressing the corresponding buttons. If no button is pressed within 20 seconds, the programme selected will start automatically.

All appliances are guaranteed to have low external door temperatures. In the case of normal ovens and steamers, a triple-layer glass door ensures safe operation while cooking. Pyrolytic self-cleaning ovens actually have a four-layer glass door concept. Thanks to the innovative door concept in the Advanced and Excellence Line, the door is ventilated with air from the room, thereby keeping the temperature of the outer door lower than it is for the standard models. What’s more, active appliance door ventilation also enables lower outer door temperatures for pyrolytic self-cleaning appliances.

The new control knobs offer intuitive, accessible operation with improved haptic and optional acoustic feedback. Supported by VisionAssist, they enable precise and simple control. Yes. V-ZUG will continue to provide service and support for all V-Upgrades for at least two years from the date of activation. During this period, our service team will remain available to help with any questions or technical issues relating to the relevant V-Upgrade.

Minimise your energy consumption and costs by defrosting your refrigerator regularly, positioning it in a cool place, not on the balcony, letting warm food cool down before placing it in the fridge and tightly covering liquids such as sauces.
