Located on the 58th floor of the Hengyu luxury development, this bespoke apartment is a sanctuary away from the city’s congestion. The architecture and interiors engage with the sea views, creating a unique environment exclusive to the Shenzhen Bay area. Conceived by New York–based architecture studio Yabu Pushelberg, the design concept incorporates artworks and custom furniture, including a curved sofa that follows the contours of the ceiling.

In the kitchen, luxury is hidden in plain sight. From the functional layout to the refined surfaces and custom cabinetry, every detail is carefully designed to enhance the inhabitants’ sensory experience. The light streaming in through the window falls softly on some of V-ZUG’s most refined appliances: the gas hob on the kitchen countertop, along with the Combair V6000 and the Steamer V4000 integrated into the hallway cabinetry.
«The best design solutions are simple and timeless. Every project is an opportunity to create a new story.» Yabu Pushelberg

The Brazilian Pandora marble flooring establishes a sophisticated dialogue with both the Turkish Osman Grey marble walls and the oval tabletop, evoking moments of conversation and conviviality. Nestled within one of the cabinets, the discreet presence of V-ZUG’s signature WineCooler V6000 contributes to an atmosphere of warmth and understated luxury.
