Cleaning induction hobs
Good news for cleaning – since the glass around the cooking zone remains cold nothing can catch fire and cleaning is accomplished with a damp cloth.
Tips and ideas for cooking with induction:
- Do not use any faulty pans with uneven bases, even if they can readily be heated.
- Whenever possible, use plastic implements.
- People with a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator should consult their doctor before using an induction hob (to check the immunity of the implanted products to interference)
