Combair V6000P – Swiss engineering. Neapolitan results.

The Combair V6000P now features the professional pizza function – for Neapolitan results with the pizza set. Pre-installed from autumn 2025 or available as an update for models from 2021 or newer.

With intense heat up to 350 °C and precise airflow, the professional pizza function delivers crisp bases, airy crusts and white melted mozzarella. For authentic Neapolitan results in just four minutes, no extra appliance needed. A sensory experience that rivals the finest pizzeria.

From weeknight dinners to weekend celebrations, the professional pizza function transforms your home into a welcoming gathering place – where perfectly baked pizzas inspire conversation, connection and memorable moments around the table.

The professional pizza function was designed to work in tandem with the pizza set. Developed to bake the perfect crust at 350 °C, the pizza steel transfers heat quickly and evenly to the dough. The wooden peel adds authenticity to serving. A must-have for your pizzaiolo moment at home.

How to upgrade your Combair V6000P with professional pizza

  • For Combair V6000P ovens produced between 9 January 2025 and 1 September 2025

    Free software ugrade via the V-ZUG app

    If your Combair V6000P* was produced after 9 January 2025, you can unlock the professional pizza function via the V-ZUG app – simple, quick and free of charge.

  • For Combair V6000P ovens from 2021 or newer

    Paid software upgrade via a V-ZUG technician

    For models produced between 2021 and 8 January 2025, the professional pizza function can be activated by a V-ZUG service technician at your home. The upgrade is free of charge, though service charges for the technician’s visit will apply.

*All Combair V6000P ovens produced from 1 September 2025 onwards already come with the professional pizza function pre-installed.
