Sweet potatoes baked in aluminium foil and served with ham and sour cream sauce

Sweet potatoes

4 sweet potatoes, each about 250 g
4 bay leaves

Ham and sour cream sauce

1 tbsp olive oil
150 g smoked ham, cut into cubes
1 spring onion, finely sliced
200 g sour single cream
1 bunch of flat-leaved parsley, chopped
2 tbsp lemon, juice
Wash the sweet potatoes and put into the perforated cooking tray. Put the tray into the cold cooking space. Steam (step 1).
Take out the sweet potatoes and wrap individually, together with a bay leaf, in aluminium foil. Put the sweet potatoes back into the perforated cooking tray. Bake (step 4).
For the sauce, heat up the olive oil, sauté the ham, add the spring onion rings and fry briefly. Remove from the heat and add the sour cream, parsley and lemon juice. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Take the sweet potatoes out of the aluminium foil and serve with the sauce.

Hot air 200°C for 40 Mins
