Yes. While the V-ZUG BIM Library is optimised for Revit, many other design platforms — including ArchiCAD and Vectorworks — allow the use of Revit families through built-in import functions or conversion tools.

What to expect:

  • Geometry and visual design: Appliance models can be imported and used for accurate scale, renders, and client presentations.

  • Technical and parametric data: Some Revit-specific functions may not fully transfer, so adjustable object properties could be limited.

Guidance: Use Revit for full functionality. In other platforms, the files remain valuable for accurate dimensions, integration, and visuals.

Visit the BIM Library landing page under the Products menu on vzug.com. You can download the library clicking on the download button.
