No, for security reasons, the smartphone or tablet must be on the same home network as the V-ZUG appliance. However, you will still receive notifications even when your device is not connected to the home network.

To connect your appliance wirelessly via WLAN, follow these steps:

• Activate V-ZUG-Home in the user settings of your household appliance

• Download the V-ZUG app on your smartphone or tablet

• Use the app to connect the appliance to your home network.

Activating the V-ZUG-Home mode is required to connect to the V-ZUG app.

Depending on the appliance, the V-ZUG-Home modus can be found in the settings or consult the V-ZUG-Home manual for appliance specific variations.

To benefit from the advantages of V-ZUG-Home, please download and install the V-ZUG app from the Google Play or the App Store on your smartphone or tablet.

Yes, V-ZUG-Home appliances can be integrated into smart home systems. Integration into the DigitalSTROM smart home system is currently possible. For more information, please visit www.digitalstrom.com.

To configure the user settings, select the desired appliance in the app, then click on Settings. A new window will open, displaying the user settings.

Yes, you will receive notifications everywhere, either via a wireless network (WLAN) or mobile Internet.

No, after successful setup you can use both frequencies. The appliance remains connected to the 2.4 GHz WLAN. However, make sure that the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WLAN are in the same local network, otherwise only remote access is possible. This is the case if both WLAN networks are running on the same router.

It is currently not possible to start the appliance remotely for security reasons. You must always confirm your selected programmes and recipes on the appliances in order to start them. We are developing ways in which to enable this functionality in the future.

V-ZUG-Home mode is active, and the appliance is connected to the WLAN.

• Check whether there is an active Internet connection and whether the appliance is accessible in the home network.

• Remove the appliance from your V-ZUG-Home account and try to reconnect it. If this fails, there is no connection to the server. Try again later.

• Problems may occur in certain networks, for example if a firewall prevents the connection or if the network is weak.

Please switch Bluetooth on and off again.

If this does not help, unpair all paired V-ZUG Bluetooth devices in the Bluetooth menu on the mobile phone and try again.

Please restart the appliance and try again.

For security reasons, the Bluetooth connection is required for initial pairing and for functions that can only be carried out in the vicinity of the appliance. Therefore it is only active as long as you are in the vicinity of the appliance.

The appliance’s WLAN connection is always active. If remote access is not set up, you must be in the same WLAN network as your mobile phone or tablet. If remote access is set up, you only need an active connection to the Internet with your mobile phone or tablet.

There can be various reasons for this. The flashing frequency and type provide information about this:

• Slow flashing when the screen is switched on (1s on, 1s off): V-ZUG Home mode is active, but there is no connection to the WLAN. If the appliance has already been claimed and does not reconnect, follow the instructions for "I cannot connect to my appliance."

• Irregular, short flashes: Data is being transferred to the appliance. This is normal and only indicates activity.

• Rapid flashing when the screen is switched on (1/4s on, 1/4s off): Ready for Bluetooth connection, is only active during claiming.

No. If the appliance door reaches its stopping point or encounters resistance, movement is stopped. The appliance door is uncoupled from the drive at a certain angle and can be moved freely. If an appliance door with AutoDoor is stopped manually, you must press the button again or close the appliance door manually to reset it.

Bread, rolls and plaited loaves can be achieved at the push of a button using the professional baking application, delivering bakery-level quality. The application provides support right from the process of the dough rising and creates the perfect environment for making the dough ready to bake in the shortest possible time. The combination of hot air and steam keeps the food from drying out while baking and achieves a golden-brown surface. It allows puff pastry dishes to achieve a highly aerated finish.

All ovens and steamers have an efficiency rating of A or higher. The higher the comfort level, the better the energy label.

The cooking chamber is heated simultaneously by steam and hot air. The food is heated up or cooked by steaming. This feature is suitable for cooking vegetables, rice, cereal products, pulses and egg dishes, for poaching meat, fish and poultry, for making yoghurt and for sterilising. To keep cleaning to a minimum, it is best to slide the stainless steel tray under the perforated cooking tray and collect the small amount of residual water in it.

A heating element behind the hot air diffuser plate heats up the air inside the cooking chamber, which is circulated evenly. The feature is suitable for cakes, biscuits, bread and roasted meat on two levels. Set the temperature approx. 20 °C lower than for top/bottom heat.

The CombairSteamer fits best in an existing niche (762 mm) for a standard oven or cooker. These appliances combine a complete oven and steaming functions. CombairSteamers offer all the steaming programmes of a steam cooker and the classic functions of an oven – such as hot air, top/bottom heat and grill. If expanding the niche is possible, we recommend the classic combination of a 45 oven and a 45 CombiSteamer, allowing you to benefit from the flexibility of having two cooking chambers.

The water tank holds one litre of water, which is sufficient for different steaming periods and is dependent on the temperature and the nature of the food. With Vacuisine, it is possible to reach over 48 hours of cooking time without having to refill the water tank. The water tanks in the Excellence Line can be cleaned in a dishwasher.

The use of steam can improve heat transfer to the food. Incidentally, steam over 100 °C is not visible. The programme is particularly suitable for gratins, casseroles, meat, frozen products, chestnuts, puff and yeast pastry, bread and convenience products on 1 or 2 levels.

After steaming, there will be both condense water in the cooking space and residual water in the internal water system. Once the cooking space has cooled to hand warm, use a soft cloth or sponge to remove condense water and any food particles. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. When the message, "Do not remove the water tank" disappears, the internal water system has emptied and the water tank may be removed, emptied and dried before reinserting. This should be done after a cooking session with steam. For dried-on soiling, the Steam cleaning or Intensive cleaning programmes make cleaning easier.

According to the measurement in line with the standard, the drying capacity at a maximum room size of 9 m² is 1.34 kg/h and it takes 5h 40min.

The impulse-controlled rinse agent sensor ensures that only the minimum amount of rinse agent is used, depending on water hardness and load.

The advantages are clear – efficient, powerful, finely regulated and fast steam build-up, quick climate change, needs-based consumption of water and energy, water is pumped back into the water tank after the cooking process, and no stagnant water remains in the pipes.

Because the cutlery drawer is located at the top of the dishwasher, loading cutlery is ergonomic and puts less strain on your back. The cutlery drawer is designed so that the cutlery does not come into contact with each other, enabling optimal cleaning and protecting your expensive cutlery. Espresso cups can be placed in the central part of the cutlery drawer. Thanks to the cutlery drawer, the cutlery basket in the lower basket is no longer required, leaving more space for plates and other items.

As drying in a room takes place at low temperatures and the laundry in a room can be less efficiently streamed with air, drying laundry in a room can require slightly more energy than when drying in the drum.

Specifically designed with night-time usage in mind, the Silent programme emits no noise at all. During the night, the programme can last longer, but needs to be as quiet as possible – which is exactly what the Silent programme offers.

The new control knobs offer intuitive, accessible operation with improved haptic and optional acoustic feedback. Supported by VisionAssist, they enable precise and simple control. Their traditional interaction appeals to many users, and they are available in Black, Platinum, and Pearl for flexible kitchen design integration.

The dishwasher uses sophisticated technology to measure the amount of water which is drained from the dishwasher before flowing back into the water cycle via the drum floor. If little water flows back, the dishwasher recognises that it has a full load. The opposite happens when the dishwasher only has a light load. In this case, a large amount of water flows back into the system and the amount of water is adjusted automatically. This enables the dishwasher to save up to 1.5 litres of water for each main programme selected.

The FullFlex hob is available in Black, Platinum, and now also Pearl. The Black version has an even deeper shade for a smoother transition from the display to the frame. Platinum replaces the previous gray colour, offering a more refined and modern appearance. Pearl expands the design palette, providing additional flexibility for easy integration into kitchen designs.

There are two options. In the event of minor soiling, the unique, automatic cleaning programme can be started via the OptiDos settings. It rinses both OptiDos dispensers with water. The second option can be applied when switching from softener to detergent or in the event of strong soiling (e.g. deposited detergent). In doing so, the OptiDos drawer can be easily removed manually without using tools and cleaned by rinsing under the tap. Do not clean the drawer in the dishwasher.

V-ZUG offers the appliance hygiene function in AdoraWash Vx000 washing machines. It appears at regular intervals on the appliance. The programme cleans the drum interior (while it is empty) at the maximum temperature, eliminating any bacteria that might lead to unpleasant odours.

Thanks to the four included Easy pin extenders, large dishes such as vases, decanters, tall beer glasses or baby bottles are just as safe in the upper rack as in the lower rack.

No. Both detergent dispensers are supplied with the washing machine and can be immediately filled with the desired liquid agents or softeners.

OptiDos can play a valuable role in your daily routine. You no longer have to think about dosing the detergent. V-ZUG has also made the operation and selection of the correct programme as easy as possible. 3 clicks are sufficient to start the washing machine with the desired programme and automatic dosing.

The DualDry was implemented in accordance with the OptiDos appliance for the V4000. This means that the two new V-ZUG products can be perfectly combined with one another.Furthermore, it is more cost-effective to offer the DualDry with the V4000 than would be possible with the V6000.

A dishwasher is such a valuable domestic helper that you can hardly imagine life without it. In recent years, dishwasher's water and energy consumption has been significantly reduced. This means that having an appliance clean the dishes is no longer just a time saver. Today, it is also much more economical and better for the environment than doing the dishes by hand. To clean the amount of dishes a ZUG Adora tackles in a single wash cycle, you would consume up to 40 litres of water, while the Adora manages with just 12.

The CoffeeCenter V6000 45 uses coffee beans, which means you are free to explore the fascinating world of coffee to your heart’s content.

Apart from the quality of the coffee beans and the blend, the right grinding technique is crucial. The more evenly the coffee is ground and dosed, the better the result. The highly innovative new ceramic grinder of the Supremo SL meets these requirements and is extremely durable. And it has another great benefit: it is very quiet.

Cooking vapours can be extracted without any problems in the case of pots up to 20 cm tall. For pots that are over 21 cm tall, we recommend placing the pot lid at an angle in order to direct the steam towards the range hood.

To avoid wasting water and electricity, the ingenious V-ZUG sensor system ensures that consumption precisely corresponds to the actual amount and type of laundry. Provided, that is, you have an Adora SLQ. ZUG makes a point of using water intelligently as well as economically. We have developed an innovative technology that harnesses the gentle power of water to wash especially delicate garments. The new Adora SLQ features a separate internal water cycle. A special distribution nozzle smoothly soaks the laundry by spraying water over it, a highly gentle cleaning process that amounts to a textile, wellness programme.

The EasyCook function provides you with helpful default settings for over 100 selected foods – so you can cook quickly and with confidence even without a recipe. Simply select the desired food under EasyCook, and the appliance will immediately suggest one or more cooking methods. The selection of foods and recipes can be customised. The «Nutritional style» filter setting can be used to remove foods that are not required at the touch of a button. For example, meat can be deselected if the user is a vegetarian. The «National cuisines» filter, on the other hand, expands the range of dishes to include country-specific recipes and can be quickly adapted to your personal culinary style.
