How to schedule an appointment
Click “Book appointment now” and select your desired language.
Choose a free time slot.
If you wish to continue without a user account, select “Continue as guest” and enter the required information. Alternatively, you can also log into your user account.
Make sure that the data you entered is correct and select “Confirm registration now”.
Once you have registered for an online appointment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation as well as an e-mail containing the Microsoft Teams link for your session.
How the online advice session works
Open the Microsoft Teams invitation provided in the e-mail and click on the link for the Microsoft Teams meeting. You can now “Join as a guest”. Important: You do not need a Microsoft account for this step – you can simply enter your name. (If you want to join the meeting on your smartphone, you will need to download the Microsoft Teams app onto your phone.)
Make sure your microphone is switched on.
You are welcome to activate your camera – but you do not have to.
An online consultant will greet you and speak to you about the appliances you are interested in.
We are taking our time for you
Our V‑ZUG online consultants will spend around 90 minutes on voice or video chat with you to ensure that you receive the excellent V‑ZUG service quality that we are known to provide. This gives us enough time to find out about your requirements and tell you more about the appliances that will best suit your needs.
