Food probe and sealing pads – cooking meat to perfection
The V-ZUG sealing pad makes it possible to insert the food probe into the meat through the vacuum bag without losing the vacuum, allowing the food probe temperature to be monitored with ease during cooking.
All you have to do is:
- Cut a piece of sealing strip measuring approx. 3 cm and stick it to the clean, dry bag at the point where the meat is thickest.
- Insert the food probe into the meat, through the sealing pad and bag, until the measuring tip is right in the centre of the thickest part of the meat.
- Place the food in the cooking space and connect the food probe. Enter the desired food probe temperature.
