Professional caterers have been raving about it, and you can have it in your own kitchen: a Teppan Yaki. Why is this Japanese method of cooking on a flat grilling surface so popular? Because you don’t need any pots and pans, it’s entertaining for your guests to watch, and you don’t have to worry about choosing the right cooking temperature and time. The cooking temperature, for example, can be set precisely according to the kind of food you’re preparing, and it stay at a constant level, no matter how many delicacies you pile onto the griddle. This ensures heat sensitive food is cooked particularly gently so that its taste, quality and nutrients are perfectly preserved. A Teppan Yaki will turn your dinner parties into an unforgettable experience.

Our new CombiCooler generation offers an innovative ClickShelf rack system, which allows you to adjust the height of your racks easily with one hand and make full use of the width at the front when storing your food.

Even 2-litre bottles can be stored easily and securely.

Food freshly stored in the cooling or freezing compartment can be cooled quickly and gently using the fast cool or fast freeze function.

The two cooling zones are vertically adjustable and can be set to two different precise temperatures suitable for white and red wine, respectively. Available temperatures range from 5°C to 18°C.

NoFrost technology means you'll never have to manually defrost your fridge again. All of our FoodCenter models are fitted with NoFrost technology, which means they defrost automatically at regular intervals.

Some of our refrigerators feature three different temperature zones. In addition to the freezer compartment and the main refrigerator compartment, the Magnum 2 60i and Cooltronic 60i eco refrigerators, for example, also offer a cold storage compartment with infinitely variable humidity control (0-degree zone), in which food stays fresh up to three times longer. The Noblesse 60i eco and the DeLuxe 60i both feature a bottom compartment complete with bottle drawer (8–12°C) in which food that is sensitive to the cold (such as potatoes) can be stored at a mild temperature and drinks can be kept at a pleasant drinking temperature. These different temperature zones offer the greatest possible flexibility.

Minimise your energy consumption and costs by defrosting your refrigerator regularly, positioning it in a cool place, not on the balcony, letting warm food cool down before placing it in the fridge and tightly covering liquids such as sauces.

Hoods with the automatic run-on function extract the remaining cooking vapours from the room for a specific time period (between 5 and 20 minutes) even after you have finished cooking and switched off the range hood. After that point, the range hood is switched off automatically. If the appliance is being used in recirculation mode, the activated charcoal filter can also carry out final drying of the furniture base – just like in range hoods that remove vapours by extracting them downwards (downdraft systems). This useful function is integrated into various range hoods and downdraft systems, and is activated by tapping the clock button shown at the end of the cooking process.

With the new Adora model, VAS compensates an unbalanced load during the spinning phase. This means the machine runs particularly smoothly and quietly. Structure-borne sound and its transmission to adjacent rooms are greatly reduced, which makes the Adora ideal for use in apartments or in buildings with an air-proof envelope such as those built according to the MINERGIE® standard. As documented by official tests, the V-ZUG Adora with VAS conforms perfectly to the stringent requirements of SIA standard 181.

The Adora SLQ and Adora SL models automatically select the appropriate wash program for different types of laundry such as jeans, baby clothes or net curtains. The baby garments program, for example, ensures that your little one's clothes turn out perfectly hygienically clean. Microbiological tests by the Veritas laboratory have confirmed its effectiveness.

By continuously monitoring water turbidity, the ZUG Adora can detect when your laundry has been sufficiently rinsed. This has two advantages: your clothes are perfectly rinsed and water consumption is reduced by 30%.

The level of noise emitted by a range hood depends on the model and extracted air system chosen. In the case of extracted air range hoods, the following rule applies: the smaller the diameter of the exhaust duct, the louder the appliance. As a result, we recommend using a pipe diameter of 150 mm in extracted air mode.

V-ZUG helps you to do this automatically thanks to the partial load water and energy economy function and EcoManagement. The latter shows you in advance whether your choice of program is going to use large or small amounts of energy and water.  The OptiTime delayed start option also helps you to save lots of energy if you have a bit of spare time.

No. If the appliance door reaches its stopping point or encounters resistance, movement is stopped. The appliance door is uncoupled from the drive at a certain angle and can be moved freely. If an appliance door with AutoDoor is stopped manually, you must press the button again or close the appliance door manually to reset it.

The optional fully extending runner allows you to remove up to three baking trays safely and conveniently from the baking cavity. This is particularly practical when basting a piece of meat or for removing biscuits or a flan from the baking tray.

A cooker is always installed underneath the worktop and has switches that allow the cooktop to be controlled. The oven is usually installed at eye level in a tall unit. This makes operation more convenient and ergonomic.

The CombairSteamer fits best in an existing niche (762 mm) for a standard oven or cooker. These appliances combine a complete oven and steaming functions. CombairSteamers offer all the steaming programs of a steam cooker and the classic functions of an oven – such as hot air, top/bottom heat and grill. If expanding the niche is possible, we recommend the classic combination of a 45 oven and a 45 CombiSteamer, allowing you to benefit from the flexibility of having two cooking chambers.

With V-ZUG BakeOmatic, there is no need to enter the cooking duration, temperature, operating mode or weight manually. Whether it’s a carefully thought out menu for guests or something you’ve thrown together using ingredients from the garden, refrigerator or pantry, BakeOmatic always delivers quick, simple and tasty results. Thanks to unique sensor technology in the climate control system (CCS) with active ventilation flap, your cooking chamber will reach the ideal conditions for your dish. Your steamer or oven will automatically detect the weight and size of the dish and will select the best sequence of the various operating modes with exactly the right temperature and duration. What’s more, you can find out exactly when the dish will be ready just moments after you begin.

Mould is caused by excess humidity in the room. Whenever laundry is hung up, the room air laundry drying function should be started to remove the humidity from the room. Alternatively, the moisture control programme can also be selected.

Up to three cooktops at the same time.

Blocked fluff filters and filter pads weaken the airflow. This means the laundry takes more time and energy to dry. This is why the fluff filters and filter pads should be cleaned regularly as stated in the operating manual.

Ideally so that the dry air flow of the DualDry flows directly on the laundry. However, the laundry also dries if the positioning is less ideal. The customer is free to install the hangar as they like. In an apartment building, the washing line is usually at a height of 180 - 190 cm. The washing line should not be lower than the air release flap.

A normal 230 volt socket (T13 / 10 A secured).

Range hoods need enough replacement air to guarantee optimum extraction performance. You can ensure this by opening a window or incorporating a replacement air unit. If there is insufficient replacement air, this can create negative pressure (a vacuum) – the range hood will become significantly louder and it will have difficulty conveying the cooking odours outside.

The maximum feed height of the discharge height is 1.2 m.

The moisture control programme automatically starts the room air laundry drying over 7 days if the appliance detects an increase in humidity. The target humidity in the room can be set between 50% and 60%.

Three levels are available in OptiLink mode that vary in terms of their reaction times and the maximum possible power level. Level 1: Silent mode – reaction time 60 seconds and maximum power level 2 Level 2: Standard mode – reaction time 45 seconds and maximum power level 3 Level 3: Intensive mode – reaction time 20 seconds and maximum power level Intensive You can easily select whichever operating mode you want. When the appliance is switched off, press the "Light" and "Automatic run-on" buttons at the same time. The operating mode that is currently selected will be shown on the power level display. You can change the operating mode by pressing the power button. The selected setting will be saved 5 seconds after the last input.

This enables you to select your favourite cooking program by pushing a single button. Save the settings for your favourite program, such as heating a mug of milk in the morning, and all you have to do is put the milk in the microwave and push the button.

The activated charcoal filters can be easily removed and regenerated, depending on the model. The most efficient long-life plus activated charcoal filter, for example, can be regenerated in the oven every three to six months. The long-life activated charcoal filter can be cleaned in the dishwasher and then dried in the oven. Conventional activated charcoal filters need to be replaced every six months or so.

DualDry releases a heat capacity of some 350-400 W into the room during operation.

In the standard program, our heat pump device uses a record low of 0.38 kWh of energy. 20 years ago, this figure would have been four times as great, with dishwashers using 2 kWh of energy.

With integrated dishwashers, the operating panel is visible. This is particularly useful for ChromeClass/AluClass models, as they also function as design elements. In contrast, design-integrated models feature a mirrored operating panel that fits perfectly with the FutureLine design. A wood panel the colour of your kitchen is fixed below the operating panel. With fully integrated dishwashers, the operating panel is concealed. Only when you open the appliance, you’ll find it integrated in the door’s upper edge.

If you’re in a hurry, for example during a party, the Adora SL’s sprint program will clean your dishes in just 19 minutes. And when we say clean, we mean spick and span.

By pulling out the OptiDos drawer, the detergents added to both dispensers are automatically shown on the touch display.

Yes. Powder detergent, tabs, laundry bleach or comparable bleaches must not be filled in the containers.

The following liquid detergents can be added to each dispenser: Universal detergent, colour detergent, fine detergent, softener, wool detergent, baby detergent, detergent for black clothes, detergent for white clothes, outdoor detergent. The dispensers can be flexibly filled according to personal requirements. Both dispensers with detergent, both dispensers with softener, one dispenser of detergent and one dispenser of softener, only one dispenser used with detergent or softener. The dispensers are also easily emptied if necessary and filled with another agent.

Yes. Hand wash, WetClean and wool programs are available, and it’s also possible to activate additional functions such as Easy care.

The energy label provides information about this. Three factors are measured in washing machines – energy consumption, washing performance and spin efficiency. All V-ZUG washing machines have achieved an A+++ rating in energy efficiency.

For induction to work, the base of the pan must be ferromagnetic. As induction cooktops are quite popular, there is a broad range of well-priced pans available.

Yes, all V-ZUG induction and autarkic radiant cooktops are fitted with an automatic safety shut-off that prevents overheating.

The steam anti-crease additional program can be selected with a large number of washing programs. The integrated heating function gently treats shirts, blouses, skirts and other items with steam generated at the end of the wash cycle.  This makes ironing faster and more convenient – and sometimes even removes the need for it altogether.

In spite of a great number of studies, scientists so far have found no proof that electromagnetic fields pose any environmental or health risks. Like any domestic appliance, induction cooktops generate an electromagnetic field. However, the field is many times less powerful than that generated by an electric razor, a hair dryer or a power drill. A model from 1990 required 80 litres of water and used 1.25 kW of electricity. A current model can manage with just 39 litres of water and 0.85 kW of electricity. The amount of water required depends on the level of soiling and the water hardness. AdoraWash washing machines are equipped with EcoManagement. This function shows how much water and energy were used during the last wash cycle. It also displays average values for the last 20 wash cycles.

Since 2019, all our range hoods have been equipped exclusively with energy-saving LED lights. LEDs have energy-efficient properties plus a long service life.

The material is a flame-retardant plastic blend, which is self-extinguishing with a V0 classification as per the UL94 standard.

The lamps go out automatically after 2 minutes, which means that the washing machine can be left open after washing. The Start/Pause/Light button can be used to switch off the light manually. The automatic lighting can also be deactivated in the user settings.

Yes, the drum lighting can be replaced.
