Annual General Meeting of V-ZUG Holding AG on 29 April 2021
Important Information: V-ZUG Holding AG is sticking to the announced date for the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 29 April 2021. Please note that V-ZUG Holding AG has decided, in accordance with Ordinance 3 on Measures to Combat the Coronavirus (Covid-19) of 19 June 2020 and in order to protect the health of our shareholders and employees, that shareholders may only exercise their rights via the independent representative. This means that shareholders will not be able to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting in person, no admission cards will be sent out and no proxies will be provided for other shareholders.
You can issue your instructions to the independent representative electronically through the netvote-Portal (www.netvote.ch/vzug). The netvote-Portal is open until Wednesday, 28 April 2021, at 11:59 am (noon, CEST). Your personal login data can be retrieved from the application card sent to you by post.
Virtual shareholder information session on 12 May 2021
V-ZUG Holding AG will be holding an online shareholder information session on 12 May 2021. Interested shareholders will be informed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the CEO and other members of the Executive Committee of the V-ZUG Group about the business year 2020, and report on interesting topics from the V-ZUG Group. Registrations for this online event will be accepted until Friday, 30 April 2021:
