V‑ZUG provides excellent customer service throughout the life of your product. To ensure that your appliances will continue to make your everyday life easier for years to come, we recommend registering the warranty for them online.

The V-ZUG service contract offers comprehensive protection, even after the guarantee has expired. Replacement parts, labour and travel are included, for maximum peace of mind in the event of a fault.

If you would like to make sure that the new tenants or owners can enjoy their kitchen or laundry room appliances to the fullest, we recommend having the products serviced before the handover.
