Here's how it works
1. Contact us by phone (using your smartphone)
2. While on the phone with us, one of our V‑ZUG customer service representatives will send you a link via text message
3. As soon as you open the link, an encrypted connection is established. After clicking “confirm”, your smartphone camera will transmit live images to us
4. Now, the V‑ZUG technician can inspect the issue via the camera, guide you on how to resolve it or record visual information.
Important: The link establishes a one-time connection only. The connection cannot be reestablished after the call has ended.
