Hot Strawberry Latte Macchiato

Ingredients
Coffee beans
100 ml cold milk
Strawberry sauce
Brown sugar
Chopped nuts

V-ZUG Thermal milk container

Method
First decorate the rim of the glass with strawberry sauce, brown sugar and chopped nuts.
Pour a thin layer of strawberry sauce into the glass and place the glass directly under the Coffee Center.
Fill the thermal milk container with 100 ml of cold milk and prepare a latte macchiato on top of the strawberry sauce.
Finally, decorate your creation with grated white chocolate and place a strawberry on the rim of the glass.

Hot Marocchino

Ingredients
Coffee beans
100 ml cold milk
Cocoa powder
Chopped nuts

Kitchen aids
V-ZUG Thermal milk container 
Sieve for chocolate powder

Method
First make a cup of strong hot chocolate and pour it into the glass until the glass is approx. one third full.
Place the glass of hot chocolate directly under the Coffee Center.
While the glass is under the Coffee Center, prepare a simple espresso (as strong as you like).
Fill the thermal milk container with 100 ml of cold milk and make hot milk foam (milk with maximum foam level). Select the maximum amount to fill the glass to the brim.
Finally, decorate your creation with cocoa powder (using the sieve) and a handful of chopped nuts.

Iced Choco Vanilla Milk

Ingredients
100 ml cold milk
Vanilla sauce
Chocolate sauce
Vanilla pods

Kitchen aids
Milk frother
Long spoon

Method
First pour a thin layer of chocolate sauce into the glass.
Make cold milk foam using 100 ml of milk.
Pour the cold milk foam over the chocolate sauce in the glass.
Finally, decorate your creation with vanilla sauce and vanilla pods.

Yoghurt Espresso

Ingredients
Coffee beans
Natural yoghurt
Sugar

Kitchen aids
Milk frother
Long spoon

Method 
First make a coffee (as strong as you like) and chill it.
Fill the glass one third full with natural yoghurt and place it directly under the Coffee Center.
Then prepare a simple espresso (as strong as you like) on top of the yoghurt.
Froth up the cold coffee using a milk frother and pour it over the natural yoghurt and espresso mixture until the glass is full to the brim.

Tip
For the best visual effect, pour each component into the glass over the back of a long spoon. This will produce even layers.

Caramel Latte Macchiato

Ingredients
Coffee beans
100 ml cold milk
Caramel sauce
Chocolate squares

Kitchen aids
Long spoon

Method
First pour a thin layer of caramel sauce into the glass.
Place the glass under the Coffee Center and select the latte macchiato setting.
Finally, decorate your creation with caramel sauce.

Mocha

Ingredients
Coffee beans
100 ml cold milk
Mocha sauce
Whipped cream
Crushed amaretti biscuits

Kitchen aids
V-ZUG Thermal milk container

Method
For the first part of this recipe, pour a little mocha sauce into the glass until a thin layer covers the base. Place the glass directly under the Coffee Center.
Prepare a simple espresso (as strong as you like) on top of the mocha sauce.
Then select hot milk with maximum foam volume and fill the glass two thirds full.
Finally, top up the glass with whipped cream and decorate your creation with a handful of crushed amaretti biscuits.

Tirami Su Coffee

Ingredients
Coffee beans
100 ml cold milk
Sugar
Cocoa powder
Sponge finger
Chopped nuts

Kitchen aids
Long spoon

Method
Make a cup of strong hot chocolate. Pour it into the glass until the glass is half full. Place the glass under the Coffee Center and prepare an espresso macchiato.
Finally, decorate your creation with cocoa powder, chopped nuts and a sponge finger. 

Tip
This coffee can also be prepared with a shot of Amaretto, Kahlua, Frangelico or Baileys.

Irish Coffee

Ingredients
30 ml espresso 
2 tsp sugar 
2-4 cl Irish whiskey 
1 tsp cream

Method
First spoon the sugar into a glass and allow it to dissolve in a little hot espresso.
Then add the rest of the coffee and the whiskey before topping with the whipped cream.
